⚠️ LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: Laboon offers a 7-day sizing exchange on all unwashed, unworn catalog garments with original tags intact. Custom on-demand printed orders are non-refundable unless there is a verifiable manufacturing flaw or print defect upon arrival. All artwork licensing clauses must be verified by a legal professional prior to live commercial enforcement.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or transacting on laboon.store, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of this service immediately.

2. Corporate Entity & Ownership

Laboon is a proprietary consumer brand conceived, owned, and operated under Walke Enterprises. All commercial billing, logistics management, and brand assets are administered by Walke Enterprises.

3. Products, Fabric Specifications & Pricing

  • All pricing is denominated in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable statutory taxes (GST).
  • Product specifications (including French Terry and bio-washed combed cotton) represent genuine manufacturing targets subject to standard textile tolerances (±3%).
  • Visual representations and print scales shown in our interactive customizer are accurate representations, but subtle variations in hue may occur due to device screen color gamut variations.

4. Orders, Cancellations & Payments

  • Standard catalog orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement.
  • Custom on-demand printed items enter direct queue production and cannot be cancelled once digital printing has commenced.
  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders in cases of pricing discrepancies, suspected unauthorized commercial resale, or inventory stock-outs.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Standard unworn, unwashed garments in original tags may be exchanged for alternate sizing within 7 days of delivery. For detailed instructions, please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy.

6. Intellectual Property & Customer Artwork

All proprietary artwork, illustrations, and typography on laboon.store remain the intellectual property of Walke Enterprises or our licensed collaborating artists. Submission of customer artwork for custom printing is governed strictly by our Customer IP & Design Usage Policy.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra, India.
