1. Information We Collect
When you purchase garments, submit customizer designs, or submit a bulk order enquiry, we collect essential operational information: name, delivery address, phone number, email address, and uploaded graphics files required to fulfill your order.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To print, package, and dispatch your ordered garments via partner courier services.
- To transmit order status updates and tracking numbers via SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.
- To provide customer support and process sizing exchanges.
- We never sell, rent, or trade customer personal details to third-party marketing brokers.
3. Protection of Customer Uploaded Artwork
Graphics, images, and artwork uploaded to our interactive studio are stored in secure encrypted cloud storage solely for the purpose of garment production. We do not claim ownership of customer artwork, nor do we publicly distribute customer designs without explicit prior consent.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard HTTPS encryption, SSL protocols, and restricted server-side access controls to protect your transaction details and personal identity.
