Artwork & Commercial Use Policy

⚠️ LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED: Laboon respects customer ownership. Uploading artwork grants Laboon only a production license to print your ordered garments. Commercial marketing or catalog reuse requires separate express opt-in agreement.
1. Production Permission
When you upload a personal design or motif to our customizer, you grant Laboon the limited operational permission to print that graphic on your ordered garments. You retain 100% intellectual ownership of your original artwork.
2. Commercial Usage (Opt-In)
Laboon will never sell your personal artwork to other customers or use it in marketing without your explicit, written commercial licensing agreement and agreed royalty structure.
3. Warranties of Originality
By uploading artwork, you confirm and warrant that:
- The artwork is your original creation, or you possess the legal license/rights to print it for personal or corporate use.
- The design does not infringe on any registered trademark, copyright, celebrity likeness, or proprietary trade dress of third parties.
- The artwork contains no unlawful, defamatory, or hate-speech content. Laboon reserves the right to reject orders violating these standards.
4. Laboon Artist Collective (Commission Program)
Independent illustrators and artists who formally join our Work With Us program enter into a dedicated Creator Licensing Agreement, entitling the creator to transparent monthly royalty disbursements for every garment sold featuring their design.
5. Resolution & Print Quality Standards
To ensure museum-grade DTG print output, submitted artwork should ideally be vector (SVG, PDF) or high-resolution raster (minimum 300 DPI, transparent PNG). Our workshop pre-flight team may reach out if an uploaded file requires format refinement.
