1. Delivery Timelines
Standard metro deliveries (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai) typically arrive within 3 to 4 business days. Rest of India deliveries take 4 to 7 business days. Tracking links are transmitted automatically upon dispatch.
2. Conditions for Sizing Replacement & Return
- Garments must remain in original, unwashed, unworn condition with all brand tags intact.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed courier delivery.
- In the rare event of a manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered, replacement is processed with zero additional fee.
3. Custom On-Demand Prints
Because customized garments are printed on-demand with specific customer graphics or unique placements, custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a verifiable manufacturing flaw or fabric defect upon arrival.
